Text Filled with Video
Place Video on Video layer one (V1) – The video you want the text to be over.
Superimpose Large Text (like Impact Font at 120) on V2
Can make aspect Taller in Motion tab around .50 or more.
Superimpose “fill Clip” on V3. The clip you want to fill the text.
Control Click on V3 video clip– Select Properties – Select Travel Matte Alpha from Composite Mode

To improve this:
Move V3 Clip straight up to V4 layer – just drag it up (hint hold shift just before you drop it so it stays in sync and does not go left or right)
Double click Text layer on V2 so it loads in viewer and hit F12 so it copies to V3
Add a Gaussian Blur from Effects menu to V2.
On filters tab make Gaussian Blur a radius of 20 or more to add a nice highlight around text.

Do not be afraid to experiment.
