OS X Tip #73
OS X 10.4 Tiger allows you to create archive CDs or DVDs your files on your Mac. Burn folders allow you to collect and organize files and folders that you can easily burn to CDs or DVDs.
Here’s how:
In the Finder, Go to File menu -> choose “New Burn Folder”. A folder with a special icon will be created on your desktop.

Name the “burn” folder whatever you want and just drag the files and folders to it. When you are want to burn the disc, select the folder and choose “Burn Disc” from the File menu.
You can easily burn multiple copies of the same disc if you need to.
