The 6.02 iTunes release adds the ability to send music to several Airport Express units simulataneously in sync.

Note: You must make sure you update your Airport Express with the 6.3 firmware update.

Here’s how:
In the Speakers drop down list, you can now select the “Multiple Speakers.

After selecting “Multiple Speakers”, you will see a dialog box were you can check where you want to send the audio including the computer itself.

Pick Speakers

What is great about this new feature in iTunes is it will send the audio to multiple Airport Express units in sync, including the computer itself!
