OS X Leopard Tip #9
Using Quick Look for quick slideshows can be very convenient. Give it a try and you will be hooked.

Here’s how:
Highlight a bunch of pictures on your Mac either by Command + clicking on each file or highlighting the first file by clicking on it and holding down the Shift key and clicking on the last file which will also highlight all the ones in between.

After getting the pictures highlighted, just hit the Space bar to invoke Quick Look.

Quick Look will open all the images you selected and allow you to click through them with the back and forward arrows.

Clicking on the “Play” button and you have an instant slideshow.

You will also see buttons to make Quick Look full screen, show a contact sheet look and add to iPhoto button.

What is very cool is you can use the same method to make a “slideshow” out of your document files!
