Apple has released a software update for the iPod Classic and the newer iPod nanos. This follows updates already released for the iPod touch and the iPhone. Just sync your iPod with iTunes to update your iPod. The update includes making the iPod work with iTunes Movie Rentals and bug fixes according to Apple. The iPod update adds a Rentals category in the Video section of the iPod’s menu. No new updates for the older iPods which is not too surprising as the iTunes Movie Rentals only work on the newer current iPods.
