It appears the head of NBC Jeff Zucker may be about to do a 180 degree about face. The same man that said “Apple killed the music business” and the iPod’s success was built “off the back of our [NBC] content and [Apple] made a lot of money. They did not want to share in what they were making off the hardware or allow us to adjust pricing,” is now singing a different tune.

“We’ve said all along that we admire Apple, that we want to be in business with Apple,” he said. “We’re great fans of Steve Jobs,” comments Zucker as reported by the Financial Times.

Zucker may ready to “pucker” up to Apple after a pricing dispute last year led NBC to pull its shows from the iTunes Store. Maybe NBC’s other content deals have not done so well and Zucker watched the “keynote” where Apple unveiled content deals for movies with all the major Hollywood studios?
