A Xbox 360 was brought into our home at Xmas with Halo. Well out of the box on Xmas day is was not working. Calls to Microsoft had us waiting over a week for a box they required to send the “brand new” unit for repair. We shipped it off immediately, waited three weeks for it to return. Return it did yesterday with a note exclaiming that it was “replaced” not repaired. So why we wonder did this take three weeks? Connecting up the unit we discovered, it has the same problem and does not work! This is pretty poor customer service. So back to MS it will go. Sure wish Halo was on the Playstation 3!
