smartpen.pngLivescribe demonstrates its Pulse smartpen and Livescribe Desktop 1.0 for Mac now in public beta at Macworld Expo.

Pulse smartpen captures your handwriting while simultaneously recording audio, syncing the two so that users can tap on text to replay what was recorded at the moment they wrote it. The desktop software (Mac and Windows) transfers notes and audio recordings captured with to a computer via a USB docking station.
